We have just spent the first half of 2008 working together with South Coast Gymnastics Academy (SCGA) on the strategy, planning, systems and staff who have proudly just had their first night of Excellence for members and an open day for the public to view their gym facilities. The official new launch date for this business was 1st July 2008. I&IBS assisted with the merge and strategic planning of two local Financial Planning Businesses in the Northern Illawarra to form Supernova Financial Pty. Ltd. trading as Hillross Fairy Meadow, a dynamic and highly experienced team of Financial experts with offices now in three locations. We were also involved with staff recruitment and the change management processes involved with the merge. Over the eight month or so period it was an absolute delight to work with such a great team of people and to be a part of the coming together of two great small businesses who are driven to provide quality financial services in the Illawarra and Sutherland regions.
